WE HAVE PURCHASED VOLTAS 1.5 Tr GOLD r AC IN 19 MAY 2012 FROM ASHISH INTERNATIONAL GURGAON. SINCE FIRST DAY COMPRESSURE HAVING PROBLEM. COOLING IS NOT THEIR. SO WE CALLED ON 6TH JUNE TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE PHONE. COMPLAINT No. WAS 12JU0606825. TECHNICIAN came and told your problen has solved. but same problem is their. so on 25 th JUNE i again lodge complaint but no one is giving response when ever we call they say we will send technician. just wait. we are waiting from last 6 days. their response is so fake . they dont care their customers.we are your loyal customer. we had good experience with your product. but this time we feel harsh.
so we think that dont purchase product of voltas in future because of bad response by your side. you will loose your brand value. i m requested to you that try to solve our problem other wise your committment are seems to be fake regarding warrenty of product. thanks
