A consumer forum in Delhi has come down harshly on a Delhi realtor for not allotting plot on time to a consumer despite receiving a payment of Rs. 2 lakhs from her. The forum has asked the realtor to refund the entire amount received as payment as well as pay a compensation of Rs. 50,000 to the aggrieved consumer.
