Telephone department to pay for unattended telephone complaint

It is a common problem that the telephone department does not take action on telephone complains for weeks on end. In this case, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the District Forum to award compensation for deficient service by the telephone department in not responding to the complaint for weeks on end.

  1. My tel no 02446247438 AT Ambajogai Dist.Beed dead since last 15 days I was lauded complaint on tel no 02446247198 three times but still my tel.is dead who will responsible for bill and trouble ,i am paying bills since last 25 years can you upgrade .
