  1. My phone got a problem of USB malfunctioning 2 months ago. I went to Nokia Care Center Haldwani for repair. My phone is under warranty till now. But still they asked me to pay Rs. 1600/- for repairs as the phone has got moisture in it. I agreed and paid the amount. When the phone was delivered to me, I found that the power button was not working (Power button was working well when I submitted my phone to the service center). Its been more than 2 months I haven't received my phone and now they are telling me that phone has got risk of getting dead if they will try to repair it. I clearly told them that I need my cell in the same condition as I had given to them. Why should I bear the risk of the phone? I have told them to either repair the phone or if it gets dead, replace it with a brand new phone. I don't know what they did to my phone, it's their mistake that my phone has now become faulty.
    KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
    I AM NOT GOING TO BUY NOKIA PHONE EVER IN MY LIFE NOW. THE SERVICE OF NOKIA IS PATHETIC!

    I Neeraj Kumar(phone no- 9969228480) had purchased a Flat at Haware Glory at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai from Haware Builder on 3/7/10. I purchased Flat N502 and was alloted open parking space O58-A. Haware Glory Cooperative Society was formed after 1 year around July 2011. After 10 months of formation of Society, on 27/4/12 the Society opened a toilet for Society office with door opened from outside (besides my car parking)and its window just facing my car parking. I have written several letter via society email to all members and marked it specifically to the President of Glory Society the work has not been stopped. Also the wall & window was broken for toilet door from 1 side in my parking space without itimating me in 1 day and so lot of cement particles were observed on bonnet of my car ,, the snapshots of which I attached to all members of Haware Glory Society through email. So I kindly request to to do the needful so that the toilet door is opened from inside the society office, as was earlier for last 8 months before formation of Society , else it would create lot of smell, and there will be problem for me if I want to sell or rent my flat.

    I have also sent notice to Haware Builder regarding the matter through my lawyer but got the reply that they are not responsible for day to day activities of Society. I had also sent notice through my lawyer to the President / Secretary of Haware Glory CHS in 1st week of May but in vain. President (Mr M L Yadav , owner of Flat no- O 704) replied me on mail that I should re-open toilet door from inside & work there for 2 hours daily and smell will be unbearable. Regarding this I replied him that if this is the case then one cannot stay inside their Flat also as there will be similar smell. Secretary Mr Sunil Jaiswal( Owner of Flat no O 801) replied on email that the water room /elect meter room is blocked by car parking why don’t they file,, there is objection by fire officer regarding the entire cars parked at back side of Haware Glory CHS then should the Society also file leagal suite. Regarding this I replied him that all the things mentioned by Secretary were taken by owners in this state from builder and were not changed after formation of Society and a toilet is ofcourse different from water tank/electric meter room.
    Further I had asked from President/Secretary of Haware Glory CHS through my lawyer to furnish foll details which has not been done till date:
    a)Copy of resolution passed in AGM for breaking the wall of building.
    b)Copy of report of Structural Engineer appointed by Society that no damage will be done to the building opening of door in the wall.
    c)Copy of amended plans sanctioned by CIDCO LTD.
    d)Copy of permission letter issued by CIDCO LTD for breaking the wall and nentillation window in the wall of the building.
    Secondly even if the safety aspect if granted the Society should give me compensation of Rs125000 or construct a shade in my open car parking which has also not been done.
    So I sent a similar notice to the Joint Registrar of Co- operative Societies, Raigad Bhavan, CBD, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra on 18/9/12 as the said Society inspite of receipt of notice have neglected to remove the illegal act carried out by the Society.
    So I request your goodself to look into the illegal act as stated herein above carried out by the Managing committee of the Society.

Kindly file a complaint letter to Make My Trip against generation of different PNR numbers for same booking ID,,, I was not aware that for same booking id with different pnr numbers is a valid reason for not alloting seats together by Indigo ,,, so I completed my travel and it could not be cancelled at last moment.This is for kind information for Make My Trip I travelled from Hyderabad to Mumbai by Indigo Airlines on 2/9/12 with my 2 years and 6 months daughter. We had 2 seats but was provided different seats about 30 rows apart altough I had same booking id no- NF2202321264679 of make my trip.com simply stating that WE had different PNR numbers(KKHIAI & LKF3LB,,, so kindly provide me compensation. Either for single booking ID both PNR must be same or for same booking id airline should see detail age of child passenger ( 2.5 years in this case ) and provide seats together.

    What we want.
    Makemytrip should provide me compensation equivalent to the amount of 1 airline ticket( Rs 3400) to be used on indigo airline in the form of coupon code to be used in 6 months.

    Please find below my post paid connection details.
    I have been using docomo post paid since last two months & finding a lot of problems with docomo. Please find below my earlier communication regarding the problem in bill.
    My tariff plan is as below.
    1) Rs.899/ month rental unlimited plan & 1500 SMS @ 49 pack & 6 GB (6291456 kilobytes) data usage of internet pack.

    2) My total usage of internet was 5978561 Kilobyte for the previous month but inspite of having GPRS tariff plan of 6 GB, I have been charging for this due to technical fault of docomo. They are charging total bill of Rs 6946/-.
    What to do? either commit a suicide or take a note to docomo & entire tata tele group. Now I am afraid of being using internet & calls. My msgs are within limit & GPRS too. I don’t know where is fault.3 times I have complained about the same but no one is bother to process it further.
    2) my sir name in the bill, is wrong & inspite of complaining for the same as well , no one is bother to make it correct. even at the time of submission of documents name was correct, it is back office people mistake who wrongly typed my sir name. my name is only RAKESH KANDARI.
    3) Unnecessary services like call me tunes, caller tune, dive in, must buy or others automatically docomo mentioned in the bill. I don’t know why again docomo on the edge, I am hating its service now, I didn’t activated such silly services, please deactivate such services & correct the bill.
    3) I got total 18 pages of e-bill & found mistake on them, on page no-2, sms local tata number shown 16 & sms local others are 101 but there is no records for the same in entire bill.
    4) On page-2- *444# subscription mentioned in the bill which is wrongly put & extra burden on customer. For the same Rs.33/- have been charging in the bill. Why are you doing such cheap thing?
    5) On page 2-Tata docomo dive in VAS mentioned in the bill & charged for the same is Rs. 30/- mentioned, I didn’t activate this service, why are you mentioning such thing. Please don’t find the shortest way to levy the money on customer.
    6) total internet data 2G usage shown 5978561 kilobytes & my tariff is of 6 GB means (6291456 kilobytes), for the same they are charging.
    Now they made total bill of Rs 6946.They are fooling us. Now my outgoing calls have been blocked. More than 5 days have been passed but no reply from their end. no customer retention & no traceability, I will write a mail to “Ratan Tata” as well.
    Docomo customer care always gives standard reply once contacting them, they don’t prefer to help customer. Other service provider like Airtel, IDEA giving good services. it was my mistake to have Docomo’s number.
    Docomo people don’t find other way to earn money, why are they charging, I don’t want any kind of additional service from their end. this is my 3rd complaint against problem. Its very sad. I will go to consumer forum.
    if they cant give good customer service then they can leave the job and go somewhere else. I am loosing my patience because of them, their customer support exec. do not know anything; always stand with the standard reply. Please have some good CSR.
    Don’t give us a chance to raise our problem; Docomo are opposite to their punch line keep it simple.

  5. I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Note from M/s Bansal Telecom via Bill No 25410 dated 24.12.2011 along with two year onsite warranty from Mobile Care via Card No F000726. I had reported many issues to Mobile Care and everytime they come and formatted Mobile, this time mobile troubling lot and again reported to Mobile Care, they had taken my mobile via Receipt No 1697 Dated 29.09.2012. As per agreement , they have supposed to give standby but nothing has been given , I had called many times but they never turned for standby or tell us when they will return us our mobile after defect fixes.

I take a policy for my mother to check , from kotak mahindra bank banswara branch rajasthan, and within a free look period I told the policy giver to apply for freelook period to return my money but they never responde me once they get money the try to expire my free look period and finnaly its happen that my free llok period by their mistake expire so what to do as a consumer for cheater agent branch manager of kotak mahindra , I request please file this case to or show on peheredar , my name is rachit. don't take any policy or insurance plan of kotak mahindra , it is waiste full expenditure , and lastly you find that consumer or policy holder is cheated. don't take any plan of kotak mahindra bank.

MIA, Alwar, Rajasthan" iss company se saaman purchase kia tha, Hovis food company,.. snacks "stixs, rings and puffs etc" yes bnati hai.., R.S Traders, Meerut, ne iss company se 15-11-2012 and 22-12-2012 date ko yes saaman purchase kia jiska bill number jo ki 116 and 131 tha and bill amout, Rs 1,48,434 and Rs 1,40,589 hai. yes payment check number 744954 PNB Bank and check number 0153805 HDFC Bank, Meerut, se kia gaya lekin Hovis company ne apna 2 year old expire product hume bhej dia.. bar bar complaint karne par bhi koi action nahi liya… jbki us food product ki expirey date only 4 month hoti hai.. apse request hai ki hovis company ke against meri problem mai help kare.

    After going through the Web site of AKOSHA, and the details available of CONSUMER COURTS in MUMBAI/MAHARASHTRA. I found out, that, Not a single consumer court is giving correct details, of opening timings, Answerable persons, in the event of not reachable per given TELEPHONE Nrs. the Email: general and the Answerable Person to communicate, in the event of Corruption, Malfunctioning and others. If this is intentionally made as other Indian Administration Service at the Cost of TAX PAYERS Money. Then the Answerable Ministry or Minister should be taken to task and see the "SERVICES to CITIZENS" comes 1st than, the Minister or his Department, for which reasons he has this post? The mentality of all Government Offices, is to command and dictate terms, and not to "SERVE THE CITIZENS", unless this mentality changes. We cannot have any Consumer protection at all?
    In general the courts provided in a Metropolitan Cities, like MUMBAI or others, are not adequate to the Populations ratios, and the Nr. Of Cheating and frauds Statistics. Nor the Government is serious, when a Foreign because. are permitted in India, like MNC, and other locals. Appropriate laws to protect the Consumers and COMPLAINT Management plan should be made and approved from the Parliament else the ELDORADO Indian Market for Foreign Because. will have more Headache and loss of their hard earned Money? The future of Retail Markets from World Financial Giants will develop, Enorm problems, to Consumers. The Statistics in Europe has already observed, and working on this issue. If India is nat starting now, by the time these “Financial Giants” establish ruin Indian Markets and its Consumers to ir-repairable situation.
